戸籍謄本を昔に見たことがあるんだけど、確か名前も名字もフリガナ欄がなかったような？
役所は読み方の管理はしてないのかな。

子供が産まれ役所に登録する時に、申請用紙にフリガナを書くが、
これは戸籍には反映されないらしいよ。
だから、名前をなんてよもうが本人の勝手。
