私の彼から習ったカルボナーラ（ちなみに彼はピサ出身のイタリア人）
～材料 約二人前～
パスタ （スパゲッティ、リガトーニがお勧めだそうです）
ベーコン （４枚位）
卵 （全卵）２個
生クリーム 大さじ２杯
パルミッジャーノ
バター
オリーブオイル
こしょう
～作り方～
パスタは普通にゆでるその間に バター少しとオリーブオイルでベーコンを炒め揚げる。
器で卵をかき混ぜる、そこに混ぜながら生クリームを入れる。
そしてベーコンをバター、オリーブオイルと共に器に入れる。
そして再びよく混ぜて、好みでこしょうを入れる。私は沢山いれます。
粉状におろしたパルメザンチーズを入れる。たっぷりね。
ゆでたパスタと上のものを、別の器でまぜる。
盛り付けて、好みで､チーズを追加する。
以上です。きちんと説明できなかったかもしれないですが。これは、トスカーナ流です。
