電機大手の「NEC」は、外部リソースを含む国内人員の7000人と、生産マップの再編に伴う海外人員の3000人、合わせて国内外で1万人規模の人員削減を実施すると発表しました。
歴史的な円高や競争激化などで事業環境の急回復が見込めないなか、現状の売上高でも安定的な業績をあげる効率的な運営が必要との判断から今回の削減に至ったようです。
なお、この施策などに伴うリストラ費用として400億円の特別損失を計上する一方、2012年度において400億円のコスト削減効果を見込むとのことです。
